This Privacy Policy explains how AJEY.APP Co., Ltd ("AJEY", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the AJEY Camera mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate your account, cameras, alerts, and support services, including:
- Account information, such as name, email address, country, encrypted password, and login status.
- Camera information, such as camera name, device ID, license status, camera settings, and linked account data.
- Device and notification information, such as app push tokens, phone identifiers needed for notifications, app version, and device status.
- Event information, such as human detection, motion detection, timestamps, event IDs, and event snapshots when available.
- Support information, such as name, email, message content, and files or details you choose to send to us.
2. Camera Video, TF Card Recordings, and Snapshots
Live video is used to display your camera stream inside the app. Continuous TF-card recordings remain on the camera storage unless you choose to record, download, or save media to your phone. Media saved from the app is stored locally on your device and is controlled by your phone permissions, gallery settings, and storage settings.
Event snapshots may be displayed when available from your camera or related cloud service. These snapshots are used to help you identify camera activity and open relevant playback.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and secure your account.
- Bind cameras and verify camera licenses.
- Deliver human detection, motion detection, and call-style notifications.
- Show live view, TF-card playback, event history, and camera settings.
- Support multi-phone notification delivery for signed-in accounts.
- Generate or play app voice prompts, notification sounds, call ringtones, and siren TTS where supported.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
4. Notifications and Calls
The app may store push notification tokens for each signed-in phone so alerts and camera call notifications can be delivered to multiple devices linked to the same account. You can control notification permissions from your phone settings.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell your personal data. We may use trusted service providers for cloud messaging, camera SDK connectivity, hosting, email delivery, text-to-speech generation, analytics needed for reliability, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.
6. Permissions
AJEY Camera may request permissions such as camera, microphone, photos/videos, notifications, nearby devices, location for Wi-Fi setup where required by Android, and battery optimization settings. These permissions are used only to provide app features such as pairing cameras, scanning QR codes, two-way talk, saving media, receiving alerts, and keeping critical camera notifications reliable.
7. Data Retention
Backend event history is automatically cleaned after the configured retention period, currently 7 days. Locally saved videos, snapshots, and downloads remain on your phone until you delete them. TF-card recordings remain on the camera according to camera storage settings and TF-card capacity.
8. Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You may contact us to request account help, privacy information, correction, or deletion of personal data. We may ask you to verify your account before processing account or deletion requests.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and camera-related information. However, no system is completely secure. You should protect your account password, phone, email account, and camera access credentials.
10. Children's Privacy
AJEY Camera is not intended for children. Users must have permission to monitor the camera locations they add to the app and must comply with local privacy and surveillance laws.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website or made available through the app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

គោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនេះពន្យល់អំពីរបៀបដែល AJEY.APP Co., Ltd ("AJEY", "យើង", "របស់យើង") ប្រមូល ប្រើ រក្សាទុក និងការពារព័ត៌មាន នៅពេលអ្នកប្រើកម្មវិធី AJEY Camera និងសេវាកម្មពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
១. ព័ត៌មានដែលយើងប្រមូល
យើងប្រមូលព័ត៌មានដែលចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ដំណើរការគណនី កាមេរ៉ា ការជូនដំណឹង និងសេវាជំនួយ រួមមាន៖

២. វីដេអូកាមេរ៉ា ការថតក្នុង TF Card និង Snapshot
វីដេអូផ្ទាល់ត្រូវបានប្រើសម្រាប់បង្ហាញ stream កាមេរ៉ាក្នុងកម្មវិធី។ ការថតជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ក្នុង TF Card នឹងនៅលើ storage របស់កាមេរ៉ា លុះត្រាតែអ្នកជ្រើសរើសថត ទាញយក ឬរក្សាទុកទៅក្នុងទូរស័ព្ទ។ មេឌៀដែលរក្សាទុក ពីកម្មវិធីនឹងនៅលើឧបករណ៍របស់អ្នក និងគ្រប់គ្រងដោយ permissions, gallery settings និង storage settings របស់ទូរស័ព្ទ។
Event snapshot អាចត្រូវបានបង្ហាញ ប្រសិនបើមានពីកាមេរ៉ា ឬសេវា cloud ពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ Snapshot ទាំងនេះត្រូវបានប្រើ ដើម្បីជួយអ្នកស្គាល់សកម្មភាពកាមេរ៉ា និងបើក playback ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
៣. របៀបដែលយើងប្រើព័ត៌មាន
យើងប្រើព័ត៌មានដើម្បី៖
- បង្កើត និងការពារគណនីរបស់អ្នក។
- ភ្ជាប់កាមេរ៉ា និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ License កាមេរ៉ា។
- ផ្ញើការជូនដំណឹង Human Detection, Motion Detection និងការជូនដំណឹងប្រភេទហៅទូរស័ព្ទ។
- បង្ហាញ Live View, TF-card Playback, Event History និង Camera Settings។

៥. ការចែករំលែក និងអ្នកផ្តល់សេវា
យើងមិនលក់ទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អ្នកទេ។ យើងអាចប្រើអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាដែលទុកចិត្តបានសម្រាប់ cloud messaging, camera SDK connectivity, hosting, email delivery, text-to-speech generation, analytics សម្រាប់ស្ថេរភាព និង customer support។ អ្នកផ្តល់សេវាទាំងនេះអាចដំណើរការព័ត៌មានតែប៉ុណ្ណោះតាមតម្រូវការសេវា។
៦. Permissions

៧. រយៈពេលរក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យ
Event history នៅ backend នឹងត្រូវសម្អាតដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិបន្ទាប់ពីរយៈពេលដែលបានកំណត់ បច្ចុប្បន្នគឺ ៧ ថ្ងៃ។ វីដេអូ snapshot និង downloads ដែលរក្សាទុកក្នុងទូរស័ព្ទ នឹងនៅលើទូរស័ព្ទរបស់អ្នករហូតដល់អ្នកលុបវា។ TF-card recordings នឹងនៅលើកាមេរ៉ាតាម camera storage settings និងទំហំ TF Card។
៨. ជម្រើសរបស់អ្នក និងសំណើលុបទិន្នន័យ
អ្នកអាចទាក់ទងយើងដើម្បីស្នើសុំជំនួយគណនី ព័ត៌មានឯកជនភាព កែតម្រូវ ឬលុបទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។ យើងអាចស្នើឲ្យអ្នកផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់គណនីមុនពេលដំណើរការសំណើគណនី ឬសំណើលុបទិន្នន័យ។
៩. សុវត្ថិភាព
យើងប្រើវិធានការបច្ចេកទេស និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសមស្រប ដើម្បីការពារព័ត៌មានគណនី និងព័ត៌មានពាក់ព័ន្ធកាមេរ៉ា។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណា គ្មានប្រព័ន្ធណាមួយមានសុវត្ថិភាព ១០០% ទេ។ អ្នកគួរការពារពាក្យសម្ងាត់គណនី ទូរស័ព្ទ អ៊ីមែល និងព័ត៌មានចូលប្រើកាមេរ៉ារបស់អ្នក។
១០. ឯកជនភាពកុមារ
AJEY Camera មិនមានគោលបំណងសម្រាប់កុមារទេ។ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ត្រូវមានសិទ្ធិគ្រប់គ្រង ឬត្រួតពិនិត្យទីតាំងកាមេរ៉ា ដែលបានបន្ថែមក្នុងកម្មវិធី និងត្រូវគោរពច្បាប់ឯកជនភាព និងច្បាប់ត្រួតពិនិត្យក្នុងតំបន់របស់ខ្លួន។
១១. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរគោលការណ៍នេះ
យើងអាចធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនេះពីពេលមួយទៅពេលមួយ។ កំណែចុងក្រោយនឹងត្រូវបានបង្ហោះលើគេហទំព័រ ឬធ្វើឲ្យអាចមើលបានតាមកម្មវិធី។ ការបន្តប្រើកម្មវិធីបន្ទាប់ពីមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ មានន័យថាអ្នកយល់ព្រមនឹងគោលការណ៍ថ្មី។
